Retreats

Opening Activities (15 to 60 minutes):

To open conferences, workshops, meetings and more by breaking the ice, creating community spirit, and energizing and focusing individuals and groups.

Community Building (3 to 8 hours):

An in-depth exploration into the nature of community, relationships, communications skills, team work, community service and living life with a spirit of celebration.. Specific programs relate to specific groups, such as managers, departments, company-wide, conferences, awards presentations, etc.

Energizing Rhythms (15 to 60 minutes):

To invigorate people and stimulate the free flow of ideas and communication after meal breaks, before breakout sessions, etc.

Closing Activities (15 to 60 minutes):

To reinforce community bonds, to re-energize, focus and motivate and to give a celebratory closure to conferences, workshops, awards presentations and special events.

Community Drumming (30 minutes to 2 hours):

A facilitated group drumming "jam session" to break the ice and create a feeling of community celebration. Great for company parties, employee/family picnics, awards presentations, new product/IPO celebrations and much, much more!

Performances (15 minutes to 2 hours):

Interactive Performances by The Celebration Drummers (with or without dancers) to entertain, engage, uplift, and create an atmosphere of celebration for all types of meetings, parties, and special events.

Interactive Keynote Presentation: Rhythms For Success™: (15 minutes to 2 hours): An experiential, motivational program that inspires people to recognize and shape the rhythms in and around them and to live their lives with a spirit of passion, confidence, creativity, community, and celebration.

All drums and hand percussion instruments are provided. If sound, time or space is a constraint, I also conduct enormously effective programs using only small hand percussion instruments, or even just clapping.

Small "take-away" percussion instruments, with or without your logo or theme imprinted, are also available for your group members as fun, playable mementos of your event.
