Jim's interactive programs are based on over three decades of his drumming and teaching experiences, including two years in Africa, in the positive effects of purpose-driven group drumming. Community Rhythm Festival™ (30 to 60 minutes): A facilitated group drumming, Drum Circle-type "jam session" to break the ice and create an upbeat spirit of community celebration. Great for company parties, employee/family events, awards presentations, new product/IPO celebrations, interactive entertainment, and much, much more!

Rhythm Teams™ (60 to 180 minutes): A cooperative, not competitive approach to integrating teams! We work with you to divide your group into teams; each team has a different instrument type and creates a rhythm for their instruments that is based on a pulse that is common to all of the teams.  We then bring your entire group back together, where each team plays its rhythm in unison with the other teams. Each team's rhythms fit together with the others around the common pulse to make up the powerfully synergistic Group Rhythm... which becomes the jumping-off point for a high-energy, community-building jam session!  A great way for separate departments and project teams in your company to strengthen teamwork skills within their group, while reinforcing the ways in which each group, and each group member, contributes to the goals and values of your entire company or conference!

Rhythm Teams™ Program: Part Of The Maracas Team

Leadership Rhythms™ (45 to 90 minutes): Conduct the percussion band!  Learn the fundamentals of facilitating a drum circle, then take turns practicing them with other workshop participants, as a playful and down-to-earth way to explore Leadership Skills.  Includes real-world skills such as: both verbal and non-verbal cues, communicating clear intentions and outcomes, inspiring participation and teamwork, encouraging creativity and innovation, and instilling a spirit of celebration among team members. A powerfully enlightening stand-alone workshop, or as one element of an extended Leadership seminar.

Corporate Rhythm Residency™: Combine multiple programs throughout one or more days at corporate campuses, conferences, retreats and more.  Create your own Corporate Rhythm Residency from our Corporate & Conference Programs menu to regularly re-energize and re-connect your participants, and to reinforce your group's themes and goals.

Community Rhythm Residency™ (one day to two weeks): An extended stay in the community with rhythm programs for a wide range of community groups, including corporations, service organizations, schools/youth groups, community centers, non-profit groups and others. Our Community Rhythm Residency creates a true spirit of community across the full spectrum of people and organizations that make up your community. This program can be sponsored by multiple local and regional groups, but often local corporations that bring Jim in to do his corporate programs become primary sponsors, and reap the rewards of being recognized as community benefactors.
